7-Day Checking Warranty

If an installed device is found faulty within 7 days of installation, House Sync will repair or replace it after checking.

  • Installed items cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • Not covered: burnt devices and wiring damage.
  • This is the only warranty House Sync offers.

Damaged or missing items on delivery

Film a continuous unboxing video when the parcel arrives. Claims for physical damage or missing items reported more than 24 hours after delivery without video evidence will not be accepted.
