Welcome to House Sync. By browsing our store and purchasing our smart home solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders and Payments

Payment Options: We accept Direct Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa/JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Advance Payments: For high-value smart installations or custom orders exceeding a certain amount, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

Order Verification: To prevent fraudulent bookings, all COD orders require verification via WhatsApp or Call. Unverified orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

Pricing: All prices are in PKR. In the event of a technical error or currency-driven price hike, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Courier Partners: We ship nationwide via TCS, Leopards, or Trax. Tracking IDs will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Delays due to strikes, weather, or "Force Majeure" events are beyond our control.

The "Unboxing" Rule: Customers must film a continuous unboxing video as proof of the product's condition upon arrival. House Sync will not entertain claims for physical damage or missing items reported 24 hours after delivery without video evidence.
3. Warranty & Returns

7-Day Check Warranty: We offer a 7-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. This begins from the date of delivery.

Technical Compatibility: Most smart devices operate strictly on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their router and home wiring (e.g., Neutral wire requirements) are compatible before purchasing.

Exclusions: Our warranty strictly excludes damages caused by:

Electrical Surges/Fluctuations: Highly recommended to use stabilizers/protectors.

Water Ingress: Unless the device is explicitly rated IP65 or higher.

Unauthorized Repairs: Opening the device casing voids all warranties.

4. Installation & Liability

DIY Risk: Smart home upgrades involve working with high-voltage electricity. House Sync is not liable for short circuits, electrical fires, or damage to appliances resulting from improper DIY installation.

Professional Help: We strongly recommend hiring a certified electrician for in-wall modules, smart breakers, or heavy-duty switches.
