Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

• Major Cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.

• Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 250 applies to all orders nationwide.

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 10,000.

• Special Items: Large or heavy items (e.g., smart motorized curtains or heavy-duty circuit breakers) may incur additional handling fees, which will be shown at checkout.

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.

• Delivery Time: * 3–5 Business Days for major cities.

  • 5–7 Business Days for the rest of Pakistan.

• Sales Periods: During peak shopping seasons or mega-sale events, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment

• We offer Cash on Delivery for orders up to Rs. 10,000.

• For high-value smart home systems exceeding Rs. 30,000, a partial advance payment may be required for security purposes. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone if this applies.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email. You can track your parcel directly through our courier partner's website (e.g., TCS, Leopards, or Trax)
