Shipping Policy

1. Delivery areas

We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Major cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and others.
Remote areas: delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping charges

Free delivery: on orders of Rs 10,000 and above.
Below Rs 10,000: Rs 250 standard shipping all over Pakistan (including Karachi).

3. Processing and delivery times

Order processing: orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery time: 3–5 business days for major cities; 5–7 business days for the rest of Pakistan.
Out-of-stock items: you can still place an order. We source out-of-stock items from our international warehouse and typically deliver within about 2 weeks. We will confirm the expected date on WhatsApp after you order.
Sale periods: during peak seasons or major sale events, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

4. Payment and order confirmation

You can pay by Cash on Delivery or bank transfer, anywhere in Pakistan.

Orders up to Rs 10,000: full Cash on Delivery. Nothing to pay in advance.
Orders above Rs 10,000: a 5% advance confirms your order. The rest is paid on delivery.
Orders of Rs 50,000 and above: a 50% advance deposit secures your order. The rest is paid on delivery.
How to pay the advance: after you place your order, we send our bank details on WhatsApp (0301-9365882). We dispatch once the advance is received.
The advance is part of your order total, not an extra charge.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS and email. You can track your parcel on our courier partner's website (e.g. TCS, Leopards or Trax).
